Incentive Scheme Payments
$1000 voucher to be made up of the following:
$300 when the candidate starts,
and $700 after they have completed 8 months of service
Vouchers are to be supplied and funded by each Contract.

This is a trial within the Electricity & Gas Team across Australia & New Zealand
The length of the trial is from 1 October 2022 until 31 December 2022
There is no guarantee that this scheme will continue in its current format once the trial has been completed and this is Ventia’s decision.
Employees must complete the referral form prior to the employee starting to register your referral. This cannot be done after the candidate has begun work. The Project Director must sign the referral form.
Employees are not eligible for the referral scheme if they have any decision in the recruitment stage (i.e. candidates cannot report to the employee who is referring them, or be part of the decision making team to hire them).
Only one voucher is payable for the candidate referral (i.e. only one employee can refer a candidate, not multiple employees).
The $1000 referral scheme payment will be split into two payments:
$300.00 voucher when the candidates starts
$700.00 voucher when the candidate has completed six (6) months of service.
The full voucher is payable upon the successful completion of six month’s work. For example,
Employee refers candidate on 18 October 2022.
Candidate starts work on 1 November 2022.
Candidate has no performance issues.
Employee is eligible for the initial voucher of $300 on 1 November 2022, and the final voucher from 1 May 2023 provided that the candidate and employee is still employed at Ventia.
Vouchers will be distributed monthly in the Toolbox Meetings and are funded by each Contract.
