IMPORTANT: The following procedure captures the screenshots/steps that you will be prompted to, IF you perform this over your own WI-FI or your own Hotspot. If you perform this in the office, the screenshots/steps will be slightly different. Follow the prompts accordingly and ensure that you select the ‘United States-International’ keyboard if you are instructed to.
Step 1
Turn on the device and ensure it is plugged into the power via the power cord supplied.
Step 2
Select the United States-International keyboard.
Step 3
Do you want to add a second Keyboard layout? OPTIONAL STEP
Step 4
Connect to your Wi-Fi or hotspot
Step 5
Enter your Ventia account details
Step 6
Open the Windows Authenticator App on your mobile and approve the sign in request by entering the number shown on your screen.
Step 7
Allow the PC to load your profile. This can take a little while, please do not shut down or close the laptop until it is completed.
Step 8
Allow 60 minutes before you attempt the login to the Ventia environment.
Login to the Ventia environment with your username and password. ctrl+alt+delete
